Hi Guys,
your new Firehouse is really nice after being martyred and Ladder 10 is a
prestigious tribute to all the Bravest killed on the 9/11.
I love New-York where I have many friends in the FDNY and I met several times
the Truck with its so unique and impressing mural.
I returned already 4 times to Ground Zero and it's each time so moving. Last
time, in June, I was really happy to see your Firehouse reopened.
God Bless You All

on A recent visit to NYC,
i visited the remains of the trade centre,
now it looks just like a large building site, although only just 3 years ago it
was a mass grave,
years go bye,but the memories of that day are just as real as they were on that
tuesday morning.
never will the 6 firefighteres & officers of E10,L10 be forgotten,
they paid the ultumate sacrifice to save total strangers.
those who survived still battled on and continued to do there vital work. Thank
you...

You guys are the best!! I have been to NYC twice. On the second trip I went to
the top of WTC II and that was a friggin huge building! We all know that had the
towers not fallen, 10 house could have put that blaze out single handedly. Sure
it would have taken a little more effort to teach the ladder co how to operate a
handline to cover the 2nd tower, but the job woulda been done! But in all
seriousness, you guys really are the best. This little acronym popped into my
mind as I was writing this:
Firemen
Defeated?
Not Yet!!
What do you think? Do I get some sort of prize for coming up with the next big

I was at engine ten on aug 7 2004 with some friends. We were visiting from
toronto. We just happend to walk by and saw 2 firemen sitting on a fire truck.
They were letting people take their pictures and they seemed really friendly...
and really hot! LOL So my girlfriends and I asked if we could get a picture with
them and they said yes, so I jumped on one of their laps and we got a great pic.
Thanks guys! Not just for the pic, but for doing what you do. I regret not
saying that to you that day. I hope you guys read this.

We walked by Ten House many times during our visit, July 15&16, 2004 on our way
to Essex cafe. We watched your trucks come and go from our hotel window as you
went on calls and then returned safely. We didn't speak to you about 9/11 as you
sat at the entrance of Ten House, but that doesn't mean we weren't thinking
about it, or the great loss you suffered. Many people will pass by you without a
word but in their silence is gratitude, respect and honor for you and your lost
brothers. You are the living, breathing proof of our country's foundation. So,
I'm thanking you now for enduring everyday what must be painful and sorrowful as
you continue to do your job. God Bless and Keep the Ten House.

Just wanted to drop you guys a line. My friends and I drove down from Buffalo on
Sunday, May 30 (a looooooong drive) specifically to visit the WTC site. I never
knew there was a fire house that was literally across the street from Ground
Zero. So here we are standing in awe taking it all in when I notice this little
fire house on Liberty Street. What's more, here are a bunch of FDNY's finest
hanging out with the door open, welcoming anyone and everyone to come say "Hi",
take a picture, ask questions, etc. I can only imagine how many times these guys
hear the same questions over and over again, and take pictures with countless
people, yet they didn't seem to mind at all.
You guys rock and I am proud to have been there!
