A Gift from Holland & Knight Honors Members of the New York City Fire Department and Holland & Knight Partner Who Perished on 9/11/01:

On June 10, 2006 lawyers and staff from the national law firm Holland & Knight joined former New York City Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani, U.S. Representative Jerrold Nadler and Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta, in a ceremony unveiling an historic 9-11 Memorial Sculpture to the New York City Fire Department.

"It's very hard coming here."  Former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani.

"We are deeply grateful to Holland & Knight for this extraordinary gift,"  Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta.

"The time for mourning may pass, but the time for remembering never does."  President George W. Bush.

The Officers and Members of Engine Company 10 and Ladder Company 10 of the Fire Department of the City of New York are honored to be the home for the FDNY 9/11 Memorial Wall.  We want to add our thanks to Holland & Knight for this very fitting and inspiring tribute.

"Our sincere thanks go out to all the employees and staff at Holland and Knight for their efforts in providing the Firefighters of New York City with a memorial that will last the test of time." UFA President Steve Cassidy
